About Chip

Clifford ‘Chip’ Morgan is an internationally recognized polygraph instructor, law enforcement trainer and lecturer.

Chip is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Polygraph Association

Chip has been a featured speaker, primary instructor, guest lecturer and keynote speaker at numerous national training seminars and colleges throughout the world.

  • Polygraph Division Director, Stoelting Company. 2014-2016. Chicago, IL.
  • Taught for the US Dept. of Defense and was a Program Manager – Polygraph School Director – U.S. Department of Defense, Baghdad, Iraq. 2010-2011
  • Criminal investigator (Detective) for the Boise Police Department. 1975 to 2006 – Boise Police Department. Boise, Idaho
  • Curriculum Development Team – Core Instructor – Small Town and Rural Drug Enforcement Training Program, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, Georgia.1990-2000.
  • Past Chairman of the Board and President of the National Polygraph Association and serves as a quality control officer for that organization.
